:Diablo Sugar Free Chocolate Muffins Review
Posted on November 03, 2025
The :Diablo Sugar Free Chocolate Muffins cost £3.90 for six which feels expensive for a pack of heavy, crumbly and dense muffins. They do taste nice but this still doesn't justify buying the pack as it's just too heavy that it's difficult to eat even half of the muffin.
Taste and Texture
Wow, this is just way too dry. When I bit into it; all I felt was a dry gritty texture that also feels immensely heavy as well. The chocolate flavour is not bad but it's really pushed away by the awful texture.
I did enjoy the sweetness to this, it's not too sweet and it's more around the sweetness that helps to complement the cocoa flavour. I wouldn't say it's chocolate flavour as it's more cocoa due to the lack of excessive sweetness and creaminess.
I genuinely believe that these can actually be good if they reduce the heaviness and make them fluffier and moister. It is, however, extremely messy and crumbles up a lot. So, it's going to leave crumbs and bits everywhere. Not really what I want to experience while eating a muffin. It just makes it feel cheap.
I really can't eat more than half of this muffin due to the heaviness though making it feel like a waste of money to even consider buying these. Generally disappointing.

Conclusion
The :Diablo Sugar Free Chocolate Muffins are just not good. They had a promising start with the flavour but the dry, dense texture just makes it difficult to enjoy. At £3.90 for a six pack it just feels overpriced especially as it's more of a chore to eat than a treat. The excessive crumbliness and heavy mouthfeel just make it messy and unsatisfying especially when you can barely finish a half of this without feeling weighed down. Overall, avoid.
