Lidl Milbona Creamy Greek Coconut Yogurt Review
Posted on October 07, 2025
The Lidl Milbona Creamy Greek Coconut Yogurt costs £1.09 and is an absolutely amazing yoghurt if you can overlook the weird clumpiness that it has with the floating coconut bits inside. It looks a bit curdled too but the taste of the yoghurt is absolutely divine along with the slightly tangy aftertaste (which sometimes does morph into a cheesy taste if you eat too much).
Taste and Texture
To be fair, on the first look of the yoghurt when you put it in a bowl isn't the most flattering. There are coconut bits in the yoghurt which makes it look rather that the yoghurt is slowly curdling and this really doesn't make it look appealing. I don't like the texture from the bits at all though; they just detract from the actual good taste and creaminess of the yoghurt.
The thickness in this yoghurt is really nice; it's super creamy and thick! There's also a slight tangy aftertaste to the yoghurt and the coconut flavour really permeates in it too! The yoghurt is sweet and has been sweetened so this is definitely not something if you're avoiding sugar at all. It has around 15g of sugar and 221 calories.
Otherwise, I found the taste really refreshing and clean; the acidity is quite moderate and not overwhelming. Though I did notice after going through half of the pot that there is a slight cheesy taste to it that appears at the end note of the yoghurt.

Nutritional Information per third of the pot (150g): 221 calories, 14.7g fat (9.6g saturates), 16.5g carbohydrates (15.0g sugars), 0.8g fibre, 5.3g protein, 0.17g salt.
Conclusion
Overall, I found the Lidl Milbona Creamy Greek Coconut Yogurt is a delicious yogurt for just £1.09. It does have an awful appearance once you look at it; with the curdled look and the floating coconut bits but the flavour makes up for it. The yoghurt is rich, creamy and has a pleasant coconut sweetness that contrasts well with the refreshing tang from the aftertaste. Though, the texture may be divisive. The desiccated coconut bits can make the yoghurt feel clumpy and distract from the smoothness that one would expect from a 'creamy' yoghurt.
