The Lidl Snack Day Thai Sweet Chicken Ridge Cut Crisps costs £1.35 for a pack of six crisps. I love these crisps despite the awful coverage of the seasoning (which, by the way, plagues the Lidl crisp ranges). It has a nice small spicy kick to it without being too hot and has a slight chicken taste at appears as an end note.

Taste and Texture

These taste really amazing when there is seasoning on the crisp. It's got quite a slightly spicy kick to it and has a noticeable chicken flavour to it. The chicken flavour, I find, only comes on around the end after the heat kick. The texture is amazing; it is thick and crunchy with an amazing snap as you bite into them. I also found these to be especially moreish and it's difficult to stop eating them.

However, the seasoning, like other Lidl snacks, is not fully on every single crisp. It is instead just uneven. Some of them taste amazing and some taste underwhelming. You have to shake the pack a bit in order to spread the seasoning around to make them at least good in this aspect but it's annoying that you have to do that.

Overall, I found the Lidl Snack Day Thai Sweet Chicken Ridge Cut Crisps as an amazing pack of crisps! They are extremely enjoyable, offering a gentle spicy kick with a slight note of chicken at the end. The thick and crunchy texture also makes them satisfying to eat. Though the only drawback to these is the uneven seasoning which makes it inconsistent per pack and requires a shake of the bag to fix it.
