The Seabrook Crinkle Cut Cream Cheese & Chives are a delicious pack of crisps which only costs £1.38 for 6 bags. They are very flavourful and I find that it's generally one of the most tastiest cream cheese and chives flavoured crisps out there.

Taste and Texture

The scent of these crisps when you open the pack is divine. I find it just explodes outwards and wafts. It's an iconic cream cheese and chives smell and instantaneously make me feel hungry. When biting onto the crisp there's an instant gratuitous snap to it which I find satisfying. The texture is also very crunchy and enjoyable.

While eating, I found that some of the crisps had more seasoning on them than others. The ones with the more seasoning where strong bursts of cream cheese flavour and then the chives come afterwards. On the ones that have less seasoning the potato taste comes out quick and is still enjoyable; though I wish they were all evenly coated.

It's delightfully savoury and are thinner than other crinkle cut crisps but this gives them a greater crunch. The thinner design does come at a better advantage as I notice I don't cut my gums and mouth as much when munching down on them. Some of the crisps are more toasted than others which gives a nice roasted surprise when you bite on some of them. Unfortunately, I did find some burnt crisps in this batch which taste slightly bitter and I don't know why I ate them.

Conclusion

Overall, I find that the Seabrook Cream Cheese & Chives Crinkle Cut Crisps strike a very almost perfect balance between flavour, crunch and the value of the multipack! It's just £1.38 for six bags and they give you a delicious snack. They have an iconic smell when opening, it snaps well and the flavour is memorable. Though the only downside I find is that there is inconsistency in seasoning and there's the occasional burnt crisp that you might find.
